I was completely satisfied with my choice of Janos Kovacs from Prudential Verrani in Londonderry, NH. Janos responded to my request on the same day I submitted.
His initiative and suggestions allowed me to sell my house for more than the asking price. He was extremely helpful with his knowledge when it came to contracts with potential buyers. Some of the purchase and Sales had special requirements I would have not been able to foresee without Janos' guidance.
Janos addressed the sale of my $100,000 house with the same enthusiasm as if it were a $500,000. I did not feel secure finding a real estate agent through the internet but decided to give it a try.
It was one of the best choices I have ever made.
